Full name, email address, booking information (dates, property, number of guests) and payment data. Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe Inc.; Ricos Rincones does not access or store any payment card data.
Purpose of processing
Booking management and confirmation, stay-related communications, compliance with legal obligations (traveller registration, tax obligations), and, with your explicit consent, commercial communications.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the execution of the tourist rental contract and, where applicable, compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your booking and thereafter for the legally required periods (minimum 5 years for tax and accounting obligations).
Your rights (GDPR)
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ricosrincones@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your ID. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the booking process. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Payment data is processed by Stripe Inc. (USA), covered by appropriate GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
