House Rules

These rules are mandatory for all Ricos Rincones guests. Explicit acceptance is required as part of the booking process.
No parties or unauthorised gatherings
It is strictly forbidden to organise parties, events or any gathering that exceeds the number of guests stated in the booking or the maximum occupancy of the property, whichever is lower. Violation entitles Ricos Rincones to terminate the stay immediately without refund and to retain the security deposit.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including rooms, living areas, bathrooms, balconies and terraces. This applies to all tobacco products, e-cigarettes and similar devices. Violation incurs a minimum penalty of €200 for deodorisation and deep cleaning.
Pets — prior approval required
Whether pets are allowed depends on the property. Some Ricos Rincones properties do welcome animals. If you wish to bring a pet, you must request approval from Ricos Rincones by email at ricosrincones@gmail.com once the booking is confirmed, stating the type and size of the animal. Approval is not granted until you receive written confirmation from us. Bringing a pet without prior authorisation will result in a minimum charge of €150 for extraordinary cleaning.
No commercial recordings without authorisation
It is forbidden to take photographs, record videos or produce any audiovisual content inside the property or its facilities for commercial, advertising or professional media purposes without prior written authorisation from Ricos Rincones, requested and granted after the booking is confirmed.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
Quiet hours must be observed every day from 22:00 to 08:00. During this period, loud music, noisy activities and any behaviour disturbing the rest of neighbours or other guests is strictly prohibited.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out, including key return, must be completed by 11:00. Arrivals or departures outside these times must be agreed in advance with Ricos Rincones and are subject to availability. Late check-out without prior agreement will result in a deduction of €100 per hour of delay from the security deposit.
