Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 calendar days before check-in, you will receive 98% of the amount paid. The remaining 2% covers non-recoverable payment gateway fees.
If you cancel between 20 and 30 calendar days before check-in, you will receive 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 20 days before check-in, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Force majeure — exception
In the event of force majeure directly affecting the booking holder or an immediate family member (spouse, children, parents or siblings), cancellation will be reviewed with the possibility of a full or partial refund regardless of the notice period. To qualify for this exception, supporting documentation must be submitted (medical certificate, death certificate, official resolution or equivalent document) via the contact form. Ricos Rincones will respond within 5 business days.
Security deposit
The security deposit is always refunded in full within 7 calendar days after check-out, regardless of the reason for cancellation, provided there is no damage to the property.

Date changes are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment. Please contact us as early as possible via the contact form.
How to cancel
To request a cancellation, contact us via the contact form or by email. Cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by Ricos Rincones. The date of the request determines which tier applies.
